Take some silk and either tiedye it or paint it, add some small weights along two edges and you have "flags" that can be an expression of the "flow arts" and dance.
The Palm Springs area community of flaggers has grown considerably and we have a number of events and venues that provide us some great experiences.
Sunday afternoon is the time for t-dance at Oscar's and the flaggers are a significant part of that community.
